Beneath Plaza Peru, in the heart of El Golf neighborhood, there is a three-level underground car park with 590 available parking slots.

It is built in precast concrete and has gently sloping ramps (5%). The parking structure has a height restriction of 2,2 meters achieving a large space continuity. As a result of this construction, overhead cables and poles were removed on the perimeter of the square, increasing green areas and high quality tree species.

Pedestrian entrances are located diagonally becoming two transparent emerging lighthouses, providing several services and shops placed along the different levels. The design of the plaza distinguishes between walks along the edge, interior paths and a central area for recreation and culture.
