This proyect consists on a second house of three levels, located in a ground with wavy slopes that privileges the sight to the Pacific Ocean.

The project was planned as a series of horizontal planes as layered viewpoints that show the difference of levels of the house, generating a path from the interior to the outside connecting the different areas with courtyards that appear proyecting to the sea.

The three levels, product of the regulation of the ground´s horizontal levels, are a continuous of the floor, from the swimming pool, that integrate by a wall that relates all levels with a stairs that crosses the house from the interior to exterior.

The first level is defined across a wharf of wood staggered, located with a common space and two bedrooms, the top level has the main bedroom and in the socle floor there is an area for visitors at the same level of the swimming pool terrace which integrates the house living.
