Architectural Program
The program is resolved in of a six story building of 1.000 m2 open plan floors for the future installation of corporate office; a basement floor for a commercial store and two underground floors for parking.

The Project
The project consists in the creation of a regular 7 story high pavilion, with a plant structurally modulated in an eight meter array, supported by two vertical circulation cores at the center of the plant and columns at the perimeter and thereby avoiding the presence of structure in the interior of the plant.
The cores provide two independent access halls in every floor, which gives the potential to subdivide the building in different units either vertically or horizontally.
The basement floor of commercial purpose is configured by a semi-sunken landscaping plan, providing a public space directly connected to the street, independent to the building access.

To this original array juxtaposes the design of different orientations of the building.
To the south a double glass skin prevents heat loss in winter, horizontal eaves to the north to avoid the incidence of the mid day summer sun and to the west of the pavilion a solid concrete wall protects from the high radiation of the afternoon.

This concrete wall in turn celebrates the corner by creating an to multiple height access defining the character of the building.

Materials
Cast-in-place concrete, high-efficiency glass, stone and slate clad with stainless steel interior settles the aesthetic language of the building.
