Located on the hillsides that shape Zapallar bay, in the coast of the V Region, this house opens up to the north, overlooking the entire bay and its features from all its rooms.

The circulation spaces behind the reception areas and bedrooms of the residence are sorted out in two high axis that receive the sun throughout the day and achieve the sensation of largeness through their longitudinal perspectives.

The house and its exterior embrace the hill’s slope with the creation of platforms, on which the different project areas are developed according to their character.

The construction is placed on an intermediate platform between the parking lots and the garden and pool.

The south façade is entirely closed to the main winds, the activity on the street and the parking lots. In contrast, the north façade is fully open to the garden, the view and the sun's energy.

The arrangement in two levels follows the size of the program in terms of the construction disposition and the properties of the terrain. The use of the roof as a terrace allows for the appraisal of additional distant perspective views.
