The project is located in the area of Vizcachas in the entry of the “Cajon del Maipo” canyon. The mountain of the Andes gives to the project a spectacular setting for contemplation and a close connection with nature.

The main objective was the completion of a Master Plan and
the first phase subdivision plan, which allow the development of the urban and landscape design of the open spaces and green areas contained in the project. As a complement to this, an equestrian concept was applied, which gave life to a club that’s open and teaches residents on how to do horse riding and cross country.

The planning process went from the analysis of the main territorial characteristics, most notably the existing creeks, which are an important part in shaping the main roads of the plan and which contain the main green areas. The main design ideas pretended that creeks and nature elements are the form givers to the plan, so they allow a correct water management plan, and a healthy relationship with the roads and utilities infrastructure.
