The design of the new site of British American Tobacco Chile , was finished this year to commemorate 100 years of the Company in the country.

The location are three levels of the emblematic Territoria 3000 Building in Santiago’s stylisht area .The view is splendid by all sides, with a backstage of natural and urban landscape.

The design included materials that make you remember that tobacco is a Chilean, and also a natural production, highly connected to agriculture.

Using a contemporary design , the last techniques in domotic , and sustainable concepts in the use of materials and energy saving, the result is luxurious, clean and simple at the same time.

Natural materials like rustic local travertine marble, special paintings techniques , photographic intervention, metalized shutters to give privacy to director’s offices, luxurious woods in CEO meeting rooms , produce a warm , effective and communicative way of working.

Interaction is one of the subjects the company wanted to empathize. Special spaces called Interaction Rooms were created in each  floor. In the arrival floor Cafeteria takes its place.

Here creativity and new projects are empathized, most of new ideas to become a leading company ,are born in this informal meeting places.

Furniture is clear and functional, specially imported from Italy by its leading design.

Some brand information had to be introduced, so the smoking terrace in the upper floor , was designed as an urban loft ,taking proximity with Lucky Strike brand, and Cafeteria took elegant and metallic colors , associating itself with Kent.
