The organization of the plans shows separate functions at different levels: reception and swimming pools at income level and multipurpose rooms in the following two levels. In the underground is set the rest of the program: dressing rooms, pump rooms and parking.
For being both swimming pools important pieces and by requiring particular conditions, it was decided to locate them at the level of income and raise an appropriate environment, in spatial and climatic terms.
Thus, the swimming pool area is the heart of the building, placing the centre, with all other activities subordinated to this space in different levels, which takes all the height of the building as a great nave way.
So, it raises a compact building between high walls, covering all the terrain, with one single facade toward the street, making a special connection between the project, the community and the city.
The facade is treated mostly with transparency, highlighting the different levels of the building and structuring activities through an outgoing body, as well as the ladder, dynamic element that loops through the entire building.
The building is worked on concrete, naked in facade and coated in interiors. The pavements are addressed in stone slate, ceramic and floating wood floor.
Highlights at the nave of swimming pools, a mosaic developed with fibber cement and epoxy paint, which is randomly painted in shades of grey and white, working different scales throughout this nave.
