The building it’s located on the Bellavista neighborhood, near to the Tv channels, in front to the square Monitor Araucano. According with the area and their people, the proposition was to design a volume with simple shapes, as a cube.

The corner of the streets, was enhanced on the cube with elements that open the edge. On the pedestrian level, the building takes one element, “continuous façade”, with a wall series. As the “continuous façade” reaches to the square, the project proposes a cafeteria that is used for the resident of the building and the neighborhood. The cafeteria is also located in one edge of the cube, as a pure cylinder. The predominant material is concrete walls. The building roof is a terrace as a deck. This terrace has its principal view to the San Cristobal hill, and is covered with a big cantilever that ends the volume.
