The project is located on two lands in the extreme west of the Ciudad Empresarial, is a volume of 6 floors and a subterranean that had to solve the requirement of being free plants, those that could be subdivided in 2 offices occupying half of the surface for each one.

Due to the local norm of Ciudad Empresarial, to the bad quality of the land and the requirements of the client, it is decided to approach the building from two aspects that we considered are fundamental for the project: its structure and its volumetry.

As far as the bad quality of grounds where it is located the project, is chosen to occupy a constructive system that allows the minimum deformation of the structure in the case of earthquakes and that it as well allows to save great lights of way to obtain the maximum useful surface for each plant, by which a structure considers that is disturbed in three clearly identifiable elements, the first one is a central reinforced concrete core that contain all the program of baths, services, kitchenette and the vertical circulations, the second elements are a system of rigid reinforced concrete marks located at the perimeter of the plants of the building, and the third element is slabs of reinforced concrete post tightened, these three elements working in set allow to obtain a light of 15 meters between the perimeter and the core of the building without the necessity to have beams between both elements, which allows to have a space with the smaller amount of elements, and as well very clean.

The local norm of Ciudad Empresarial, which among other things restricts the number of 6 floors to and the application of grazing and distances to the oders lands, gives like result a volume of flattened proportions, of little height, which gives a compact image, solid and visually heavy in its arrival to the ground, that is what we want to avoid. We solve these elevating the building of the ground by means of a floor way socle to lighten it visually, and their facades are handled by means of I show of slabs on the facade which allows to give a greater length to the volume which as well manages to generate a dialog, with the extension of the avenue which it faces.

It is decided to work the facades by means of double glass of simple camera with low –e glasses from floor to sky in each level, the one that allows that the inner temperature stays in acceptable levels of comfort.

Each plant has 2 balconies in its ends from as I could be had views towards hills of around, and the downtown of the city of Santiago.
