The project consists of a 20 story building, located in Santiago City, Las Condes.  This is a district which is replacing single houses for buildings.

The building considers 214 apartments developed in a surface between 64 sqm and 114 sqm for each one.  It provides full equipment in common areas.

The lay-out of the apartment allows to meet the needs of different kind of families.

In the process of design the project has considered the climate conditions of the area which permit decks and balconies to enjoy the environmental landscape.

The neighborhood has a wide range of urban facilities, such as highways, transportation (buses, underground) and educational, shopping and office centers.
